At Zahoor Rugs, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your rug for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • The rug must be in its original, unused condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@zahoorrugs.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with return shipping instructions within 1–2 business days.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a rug for a different size, style, or color, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the new item is a different price, we will adjust accordingly.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your rug arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund at your preference.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or made-to-order rugs
  • Rugs that have been used, stained, or altered
  • Items purchased during final sale or clearance events (unless defective)

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement again
  • Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times vary
  • If you have done both and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@zahoorrugs.com
