Shipping
Free shipping on every rug, with no minimum and no oversize surcharge. We currently ship across the US and Canada.
Orders ship within 3 to 5 business days (large or custom rugs may take 7 to 10) and arrive about 1 to 2 weeks after you order. You'll receive a tracking number by email the day it ships.
Each rug is rolled, wrapped in protective plastic, and boxed. Hand-knotted rugs travel well; if yours arrives with shipping creases, lay it flat for a few days and they relax out.
Returns
Return any rug within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price. You arrange and pay return shipping, and there are no restocking fees. Once the rug arrives back to us, we refund your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
To start a return, message us on WhatsApp or email zahoorrugs@gmail.com with your order number. The rug must come back in the condition it arrived: unused indoors is fine, pet damage or stains are not.
Damaged or not as described
If a rug arrives damaged, or isn't what the listing described, that's on us regardless of the standard return terms: we cover return shipping and refund or replace, your choice. Send photos within 48 hours of delivery and we'll sort it quickly.
