Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days. Expedited shipping (2–3 business days) is available at checkout.

International Shipping: We ship to Canada, the UK, Australia, and select European countries. International rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery typically takes 10–21 business days. Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you’re not completely satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return.

Return Requirements:

• Rug must be in its original, unused condition
• Original packaging must be used if possible
• Contact our customer service team to receive a return authorization

Want a different size, color, or style? We’re happy to help! Contact our team within 30 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.

If the replacement item is priced higher, you’ll be charged the difference. If it’s lower, we’ll refund the balance. Exchange shipping is free within the continental US.

If your rug arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a free replacement or full refund at your preference.

Please inspect your rug immediately upon delivery and report any issues as soon as possible. Keep all original packaging until the matter is resolved.
